Give employees the chance to grow
Employees are often motivated to expand their skillsets, or they may find a new area of interest as they navigate their way through their career. Offering an opportunity to continue to grow and learn and providing time to do it or some financial assistance for tuition or registration costs shows that a company does care about the employee and that they’re invested in helping the employee grow.
